My tax return was much larger than I had expected, and it also just so happened that Tbyrne (www.tbyrne.com) was having a sale on Vigilante converters...so I went ahead and ordered some new goodies for the formula. I bought a 3600 vigilante stall, a b& m trans cooler, transgo shift kit, and also splurged and bought a set of Mickey Thompson E/T streets drag radials off of eBay. I then sent my car to Jonathan at Tick Performance (www.tick-performance.com). He does a wonderful job and is very affordable. Frankly, removing a transmission is not something I felt like doing on my garage floor anyway! I picked the car up on the 20th and really enjoy the converter around town. I am glad I did not go with anything smaller.
